1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Compare Medicare website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Compare Medicare operates this website in partnership with United Medicare Advisors (Spring Insurance Solutions dba United Medicare Advisors), a licensed insurance agency wholly owned and operated by Spring Venture Group, LLC. Our platform:

  • Compares Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) plans available in your area
  • Provides educational information about Medicare and insurance options
  • Connects you with licensed insurance advisors from United Medicare Advisors
  • Facilitates the insurance application and enrollment process

Important Disclosures:

  • We are not an insurance company
  • Information you provide will be shared with United Medicare Advisors
  • United Medicare Advisors is licensed to sell insurance products in AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
  • Contact will be made by a licensed insurance agent/producer from United Medicare Advisors

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be eligible for Medicare or seeking information on behalf of someone who is eligible
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Reside in a state where United Medicare Advisors is licensed to operate

Medicare Supplement insurance is available to those age 65 and older enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B and, in some states, to those under age 65 eligible for Medicare due to disability or End-Stage Renal disease.

4. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when using our Service. Providing false information may result in inaccurate quotes and could affect your insurance coverage.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

5. Insurance Services

No Guarantee of Coverage

Quotes provided through our Service are estimates based on the information you provide. Final eligibility, coverage, and premiums are determined by the insurance carrier. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular insurance plan.

Licensed Advisors

Licensed insurance advisors from United Medicare Advisors will contact you to help you understand your options and assist with enrollment. However, the final decision to purchase insurance is yours alone. Advisors are compensated through commissions from insurance carriers. The purpose of this communication is the solicitation of insurance.

No Medical Advice

We do not provide medical advice. Information on our Service is for educational purposes only. Consult with healthcare professionals for medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Compare Medicare and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
